The TASIS Portugal Difference: Curriculum + Care

The TASIS Portugal difference means your children are fed a nutritious lunch and two snacks every day, included in tuition. It means that we believe in investing as much time in developing healthy bodies as healthy minds. In teaching your children to understand and appreciate the arts and their own innate artistic abilities. In teamwork and cooperation. Respect and responsibility. And high educational standards, because when we expect the best, that's what we get. 

All TASIS Portugal classes have a teacher-to-student ratio of approximately 1:8. Every preschool through fourth grade class has two qualified full-time teachers, and Early Learning Center and elementary school students also have dedicated specialty teachers. Beginning in fifth grade, your child has one primary teacher, plus specialty teachers who are subject matter experts in Singapore Math, foreign language, science, and more. 

*Fees for external examinations (such as the IGCSE) are not included in tuition.

• Books and instructional materials (an €1100 value)

• After School Activities (clubs & sports)
• Violins (for required grades)

Sibling Discounts

• A 15% discount is granted to the third child (must be concurrently enrolled)
• A 25% discount is granted to the fourth child concurrently enrolled

REQUIRED FEES & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 

Application Fee (ELC applicants): € 150
Application fees are nonrefundable, and may be paid online or in person. We are unable to issue an invoice for the application fee, but a receipt will be issued upon request.

Application Fee (Grade 1-11 applicants): € 100
Application fees are nonrefundable, and may be paid online or in person. We are unable to issue an invoice for the application fee, but a receipt will be issued upon request.

Annual Re-enrollment Fee (All Students): €750 
This non-refundable fee secures your child's spot for the upcoming academic year and contributes to the ongoing excellence of our educational environment. 

For students in Pre-K1 and Pre-K2
The nonrefundable Enrollment Deposit of € 3,000 is applied toward the cost of tuition. Families may elect instead to pay the non-refundable Campus Enhancement Fee (below). Payment of either of these fees is required in order to secure a spot once the student is admitted.

For students in Kindergarten and higher
Non refundable One-Time Campus Enhancement Fee € 5,000.

We are in the process of building a completely new, state of the art campus! You will be able to see exactly where your campus enhancement fee is going - to new construction, learning and playing areas, equipment, and more that will directly benefit the students. Keep in mind that the campus enhancement fee is a single payment only.

Payment of the nonrefundable one-time Campus Enhancement Fee is required in order to secure a spot once the student is admitted. 

SIBLING DISCOUNT

15% discount will be granted to the third child (must be concurrently enrolled)
25% discount will be granted to the fourth child.

TRANSPORTATION
