Assistant Head, Enrollment Management & Marketing
Aimee’s love of schools and admissions began in 1991, when she took her first job in the admissions office of a small boarding school in her home state of New Hampshire, USA. Since then she has worked in admissions at boarding and day schools in the United States and Canada. Aimee also has significant experience working for nonprofit educational associations, including The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) and The Enrollment Management Association (EMA). Aimee is the proud stepparent of two grown men and now even misses the nightly homework battles!

Caroline lived in Dubai from 2011 to 2022, where she most recently worked as a learning support assistant at DESC, a British curriculum secondary school. Before that, she worked as an ESL teacher at two language institutes, and as an administrative supervisor at a British company.
